The service
DeployFlare provides SEO tools including rank tracking, keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, AI-visibility tracking and reporting. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You may not share, resell or sublicense access except as permitted by your plan (white-label reporting to your own clients is permitted).
Acceptable use
- Use the service for lawful SEO purposes only.
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
- Do not use the service to violate search engines' terms or to engage in manipulative, deceptive or harmful practices.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes (such as GST for customers in India) are added at checkout.
- Usage caps (keywords, frequency, tracking depth) apply per your plan.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data accuracy
SEO data, including rankings, volume and difficulty, is provided on a best-effort basis. Search results change constantly and we do not guarantee specific rankings or outcomes.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and may suspend access to protect the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DeployFlare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of rankings, traffic or revenue arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
