- Account information you provide — your name, email and billing details.
- Usage data — the keywords, sites and projects you track, so we can deliver the service.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, used for security and rate limiting.
- Connected accounts — if you connect Google Search Console, we access it on a read-only basis to show your data back to you.
How we use your information
- To provide rank tracking, research, audits, reporting and the rest of the toolkit.
- To process payments and issue GST invoices.
- To secure the service and prevent abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account and important updates.
We do not sell your personal data.
SERP data and caching
To keep tracking affordable, we cache search-engine result data and may serve a cached result for a popular keyword across customers. This caching concerns public SERP data, not your personal information.
Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run DeployFlare — for example payment processors and infrastructure providers — and only as required to deliver the service, or where the law requires it.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data.
Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protection seriously.
